Delivery Information

Orders for stock items, marked as Next Day Despatch: If received any working day before 5pm these products will be sent out the next working day, on a next working day service. Orders received after 5pm or at weekends will be processed the next working day, and despatched the next working day after that.

**Please note that due deliveries are based on goods being sent in good faith on an overnight service.

Deliveries to any UK mainland addresses will be charged at £10.00.

We deliver pool equipment outside the UK. If you have any specific enquiries regarding deliveries, then please email to: mail@AllWaterPumps.co.uk.

We cannot absolutely guarantee that goods will definitely be delivered on the due date, as we are in the hands of a third party carrier service. More than 99% of deliveries arrive on time with no problems, but occasionally there is an exception beyond our control.
